A Moderate Risk of dangerous rip currents continues at all central Florida Atlantic beaches. Always swim near a lifeguard and never enter the surf alone. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... Winds across the offshore waters will increase tonight to 15 to 20 knots ahead of an approaching front. Small craft should exercise caution if entering the offshore waters tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. A small long period ocean swell will maintain at least a moderate rip current risk through the remainder of this week at the beaches. A cold front is forecast to move across east central Florida Friday through Friday night. A few strong storms are possible with the frontal passage. Cloud to ground lightning, wind gusts between 40 to 45 mph, and heavy downpours will be possible with the strongest storms. Conditions across the local Atlantic waters start to deteriorate Friday afternoon.
